A message from RUD to our customers - COVID 19

RUD and its subsidiary Endurequip Hoists, would firstly like to extend our thoughts to all individuals and businesses impacted by COVID-19.

We have been actively monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic as it continues to evolve. Our priority is the safety and wellbeing of our team members, customers and suppliers.

Business as usual

Despite the current situation with COVID-19, we would like to advise that we are fully operational and our team is available to support all your projects and requirements.

To ensure we continue to provide the service you need, now and into the future, we have implemented the following measures:

  • Sales and Engineering teams working partly remotely with the focus on answering all customer enquiries as per normal. Our office remains open from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.

  • Our Warehouse, Production and Testing teams remain fully operational on-site at our head office facility.

  • We have excellent inventory levels readily available ex stock in Brisbane and Perth and our supply chain from RUD Germany is still fully operational. We are well placed to ensure business continuity to support our client base.

  • Video and teleconferencing facilities are in place to continue servicing our customers temporarily replacing face to face meetings.
